Use this form to sign up for dog training. We will notify you of your training class
via e-mail. All pet owners will receive a request confimation e-mail along with
a Liability Release which must be signed. You should receive a confirmation e-mail
within 24-36 hours. If not, please give us a call. Classes start January 22nd. Classes
cost $75.
New Students
Please check the New Student box to receive New Student forms attached
to your request confirmation e-mail. If possible, fill in the Word document and
return it to us as an attachment. You won't have to fill the form out at the beginning
of class.
